"the second coming of christ" Survivor Heroes vs Villains ep 12

i've never been so excited & disappointed all at the same time! tonights episode of Survivor was probably the greatest this season!!

lets start with Rupert ... mainly because i just want to hurry & get him out of the way so i don't have to mention him anymore. he's so gross. everyone has been pouting Russell has an unfair advantage this season, i say Rupert is the one with the unfair advantage. The guy clearly doesn't shower or brush his teeth or shave on a daily basis.. hows this fair?? he probably feels right at home! he's disgusting! well actually disgusting is an understatement but i can't think of any other words that come close to describing how i feel about him so that will have to do. i loathe him. he's so monotone & gross. boring as all get out... however, he did pull of a pretty slick move tonight & i gotta give credit where credit is due. Its amazing how people up their game play when they feel they're on chopping block. I've been a fan of this show since episode one! i was reeled in 10 years ago & watching Stacey Stillman eat a larvae bug sealed the deal. I've been hooked ever since. You have to play from day one all the way to day 39 like you're going home. Had Rupert played as good of a game as he did tonight from the beginning the heroes would have had the upper hand. When he polished that rock & stuck it in his pocket i was like you have to be kidding me. this guy is an idiot. no one is gonna believe him. he can't pull it off. he's a retard. he'll pull it out of his pocket & blow it.. but he didn't... and Russell fell for it.... lets rewind a little bit and go back to the challenge first...

I'm not surprised Sandra dropped down. She's a loser. she didn't jump down for food, she jumped down because she was tired & weak & ready to drop out, i don't believe for a second she stepped down for any reason other than she was weak... however like i mentioned last week, Sandra isn't a complete idiot... lazy & weak, yes. stupid? no. ... she bluffed it & stepped down at a convenient time. I wasn't very shocked to see Russell step down either, he's a cocky little shit & felt like he was okay, and he was, its when Colby then Danielle, Candice & Jerri all stepped down at once & left Parvati alone with Rupert! SERIOUSLY!! what the hell is going on?? You're not gonna die of starvation! you didn't come to Survivor to win a bowl of candy! you came to win a million dollars!! you NEVER step down from a challenge for food! thats ridiculous! are you kidding me right now!?!? luckily it was Rupert she was up against so it wasn't that difficult to pull out a victory, but still. insane.

Her unwillingness to give up in the immunity challenge. Stepping up to Russell, confronting Danielle, calling out Russell both in camp & at tribal in front of the jury.. great move, great move.. is why Parvati deserves to win this game. I love Parvati. I don't talk about her much in her own little section like i break down most other castaways in my blog, but thats because she's too great for it. she plays minor roles in everything that goes on in every episode. whether it be a simple flirt or a huge move, she does little small things here and there that ultimately contribute to every bold play each episode.. and this episode was no different.

Sandra, now i have to say i was proud of Sandra this episode.. now i'm not sure if its because she did anything great or just the fact that she didn't do anything great after she said she would.. I've been so tired week after week of Sandra acting like she's all great & then never actually following thru. This week she didn't come out guns blazing, she didn't say she would do this and do that, she just sat back with her whitty comments & eavesdropped (i loved her in the background while Parvati & Danielle were talking) she was the Sandra that I love & didn't do anything to make her annoying. Because lets face it, she's not that great. she's all talk. She's weak as shit, even she was shocked as hell she found the idol.. i loved her reaction when she did find it tho. She's great. Will she ever use it? i'm not sure. It didn't show any kind of teaser in a preview clip.. I personally wouldn't be surprised if she didn't. She's not strategic enough to figure out a good time to play it or how to go about doing it, but regardless if she plays it or not, she found it. so kudos to you Sandra. .. i have more to talk about Sandra in a minute i'm not done with her quite yet.

Jerri. Jerri is really stepping her game up. I like her. I think she'll win & although she's not my first pick as to who i want to take it home, i wouldn't be disappointed if she did. I loved how she stepped up to Russell & demanded they get rid of Candice. I loved how she stepped up to Russell & told him she would not vote for Danielle. I love how she called Danielle out on her BS at tribal saying the game has been crazy from the beginning. i love that she's starting to speak up.... even though we're starting to see her do more of her own thing & speak her mind, its down to the final 6... its a little too late. She'll be known as Russell's sidekick this season.. but hey, I'd rather be known as Russell's sidekick than Russell's puppet, so kudos to her too.

Candice has been nothing but a let down for me since merge. she was in the PERFECT position. PERFECT! she could have won this season.. she blew it. i'm over her. glad she's gone. She said "Karma's a bitch".. no Candice, karma isn't a bitch. the move you made was brilliant! switching sides was BRILLIANT! like Russell said the greatest move you had made this whole season.. its how you went about it that was your achilles heel. you blew it. no other words to describe it. epic fail.

Danielle I agree with Danielle's statement she made after she was voted out in her confessional. I don't think Russell would have targeted her. As i've said from day one Russell is controlling the game, Parvati is controlling Russell.. & it wasn't until tonight that Russell realized it. He said it himself, him & Parvati are on an equal playing field & that drives him crazy... but as much as he wants to be in control, ultimately Parvati has him by the balls. Danielle saying she's much closer to Parvati than he thinks did her in. Russell looking to Jerri and mouthing "Danielle" just further proves it. If Danielle was the one to go, Jerri wouldn't have needed reassurance. Danielle sealed her fate. sucks for her...

now back to Sandra...

Sandra is weak. now granted she didn't go running her mouth how she was something amazing tonight, but she's been preaching the gospel from day one how she can't stand Parvati, she can't stand Russell, she can't stand Danielle, she can't stand Jerri... tonight was her opportunity. she's been wanting to vote with Rupert, she's been wanting to vote with Colby, she wants the villains gone.. tonight was her opportunity. Another reason why i think Danielle wasn't the original target going into tribal. Had it been set in stone she would have went with it, she's aligned with the majority, remember?

Now, to King Russell.

Russell will not win this game. I've said it from day one. he deserves to win this game but he won't. What Russell wants, Russell gets. It doesn't matter if he's in the minority or not. He is a mastermind. he's a genius. he has a way of getting what he wants & nobody stops him. Now breaking up Parvati & Danielle... was it a smart move? OF COURSE IT WAS!! those two ARE closer with each other than with him... but similar to Candice, was how he did it so smart??? ehhh, in my opinion, not so much. But Russell wanted it done, and he got it done. Love him or hate him you have to give this man credit. He doesn't care what he says, who he says it too, when he says, where he says it, how he says it, he doesn't care because he knows at the end of the day, what he wants he gets. When in 20 seasons of Survivor has there ever been someone start in the minority yet manipulate the game the way he has? ... well aside from when he did it in Samoa? exactly. And before you get started on the idols... they are a part of the game! Russell knows the game! they have been a part of the game for a while now, really becoming in crucial in China, as i mentioned at the start of the blog, i've been a fan for a long time, several things are key to winning, one of those is adapting.... unfortunately for Russell, he has the ability to adapt to the game. he has the ability to survive the minority. he has the ability to create a strong alliance, he has the ability to call the shots, he has the ability to pull off never before seen game changing outstanding moves... he just doesn't have the ability to be humble. humility can get you far in life. throw a smile on your face, nod your head.. or in Parvati's case: bat your lashes, .. tip your hat & say "bless your heart" & it'll get you farther than you ever need to go in life. Thats one thing Russell doesn't possess, the ability to swallow his pride. Yes he is the greatest. Yes he has potential to win. Yes its outwit, outplay, outlast. Yes he outwits, outplays & outlasts week after week... but when it comes down to who do you give a million dollars to? the guy who cut my throat or the guy who kissed my ass??? ...

Russell, sometimes you gotta be careful whose toes you step on today because they may be attached the ass you have to kiss tomorrow.

-my predictions for next week... Sandra will stay with Parvati. Jerri will stay with Russell... Parvati will swing her whips, Russell will come crawling back & begging for forgiveness... Rupert, is a goner... and we'll see him coming to tribal council as a jury member, still as dirty as ever...

your thoughts?
