"i'm swimming in YAY!" - Heroes vs Villains ep 11

now i know i ended last weeks blog with my prediction for this week.. and ultimately it happened, however it didn't go down exactly like i thought it would... or why. & i have to admit, this was the most nervous i had been at Tribal Council this whole season.

I think this season is full of bullshitters... lord, i hope the final tribal council doesn't pan out like the one in Vanuatu, that was the dumbest jury speech i've ever heard from Chris.. what it comes down to is how good you are at it. Amanda, she's done nothing but screw up royally from the beginning.. i'll get more into it a little later, She's full of it, however she doesn't follow thru, so she's not that much to worry about. Boston Rob, full of it, but he's like Amanda (more on this one later too) Russell, he's full of it, Sandra she's full of it, Rupert, he's full of it... but Sandra! now Sandra is the deadly kind. She's yet to do anything. & like Amanda she comes up with these great strategies, & like Parvati she doesn't appear to be intimidated by anyone, & like Russell she doesn't care who she confronts, she'll face you head on... however at the end of the day she crumbles. She never follows thru on anything.. you can argue with me until you're blue in the face thats its "strategy" its not strategy. Strategy is what she comes up with, strategy would be following thru on her ideas, She's not a strategist. she's a scared little pussycat. Russell is the lion tamer & she's his little pussycat. She will slit your throat with a smile on her face, but just as she puts the blade to your throat, Russell cracks his whip & she crumbles. What she has going for her: no one knows she's going back on her plan but herself... that kind of bluffing makes her dangerous.. and again, thats not strategy.

At the reward challenge i love how Parvati called Russell out & calls him "lame" yeah, he did it intentionally & it was "playful" but i loved it.. more on that in a minute also

now to this reward...

**I was actually shocked with Danielle. I'm not gonna lie i didn't think Danielle had it in her without Parvati & Russell backing her up.. yeah, at the time i was questioning her intelligence too, but it worked for her. I think i could have came up with some other place to throw it than beside the bed. Amanda, again, the girl is rather observant. the girl know what it takes to be good at this game, she knows everything you're supposed to do, she just doesn't do it.. she went to Danielle, she called her bluff, she made her feel uncomfortable, she stole the clue from her. Danielle gets out of the damn bed, chases her, grabs her and tells her "i will fight you" Now Amanda, like i said, she's a smart girl, she knows Danielle isn't going to "fight" her, she knows if she does she's kicked out and the clue is hers for the keeping. It doesn't matter if someone is backing her original idea or not, you have to stick with a plan Amanda, you come up with some great plans you have to stick with them (i'll touch on her failed plans later) Colby isn't backing you he "doesn't know what happened" he was watching Treasure Island (i love Colby) its you & Danielle, she's 5 feet tall all you have to do is hold it over your head, you said it yourself its your life in this game, its important, you don't crumble & give in, don't give it up!! ... she's so frustrating! i'm so glad she's gone.. Danielle telling her alliance back at camp exactly how she got the clue from her.. now that was entertainment. too bad it didn't happen that way, but they believed it, or editing appeared like they believed it anyway. Russell called her aggressive... that has to count for something, right? Danielle, aligned with the two most dangerous people in this competition is in a good position as well....
Now Colby, as i touched on a couple weeks ago with James' "superman in a fat suit" comment. The game has changed a lot since Colby last played, and in order to survive you have to adapt to the changes. Colby has a done good job at adapting. Colby isn't used to having these other obstacles coming into play. If he did have an idol he wouldn't know when to play it anyway, he sat back & let the two girls fight over it & he stayed out of the way. He's not the target at Tribal Council. Unlike Boston Rob who cried fowl yet still acted like he was the one to beat... if you're going to be so vocal & so out on the front line, you better have what it takes to back it up, Colby knows he doesn't have what it takes, so he sets back.. great move, Colby, great move.

I think the editing star of this episode was Sandra, so we'll save her for later. Did Parvati & Danielle make a crucial mistake? & Russell, you're gonna have to put your ego in check because you're ruining everything! Jerri, the sweet one? Candice a shoe in for the final3... or just the top 6?? There were so many things to discuss its impossible to keep this blog organized so bare with me....

Parvati, Danielle, Jerri & Russell sitting on the beach, Russell & jerri dumbfounded at Parvati's idol. Russell ego won't let him say "awesome job" however Jerri gives her the praise she deserves loving every minute of the story of how she got it... then Danielle comes in & says "oh i knew about it"... smart move to tell Russell & Jerri you're closer with someone else?? ehh, we'll have to wait and let this pan out i guess.. i'm not sure i would have done it.

**Candice, i love Candice, i do. physically she's the strongest woman in the competition. She deserves to go far in this game, but she's letting me down. She's made it to the merge & she's flopping big time! like a fish outta water! you're in an awesome position! don't blow it! don't consult with your tribe before you turn on them!?!?!!! i'm so disappointed in Candice. According to Jeff Probst she's only on the show because of her decision to mutiny in Cook Islands (i say its because others declined, but whatever that doesn't matter) so are they really surprised she's gonna jump ship to save herself? Now i wouldn't say Candice "lied" in this episode but she did make a bold move. she either sealed her fate or won a million dollars. We'll have to wait & see... Colby said "if this doesn't work out, its Candice's fault" she told Russell they were targeting him (and at the time they were) ultimately causing him to play his idol.. or as Parvati says "waste one" .. she turned on the heroes, but unknowingly lied to the villains? you don't lie to Russell Hantz.. well unless you have a nice little gold bikini to back it up.. and Candice is wearing black... fitting for a funeral, fitting for an ouster at tribal council??

**Sandra, i LOVE her. i do. she's so whitty & feisty, i'm just bummed Courtney isn't there with her to be her wing man. those two can slice someone in half with their tongue. i love it. "even for Coach, who i don't care too much for, but we'll throw him in there too" i love her personality. Personality wise, she's definitely one of the more interesting cast members to ever appear on the show. I touched on her earlier. She's the kind that will kill you with a smile on her face. She definitely has the potential to be dangerous. She's great at bluffing. She doesn't care what she says or who she says it too & i love that about her, but ultimately she's a let down. I was so nervous tonight, i actually thought she was gonna go thru with her vote for Parvati, i did. I don't think I've ever been this nervous before. She even bluffed me! but ultimately, she's just a let down. she's a coat tail rider & as much as she wants to say she's doing her own thing, as many strategies as she comes up with, she doesn't follow thru. she's a follower. The difference in her & Amanda, she doesn't get headaches & suddenly doesn't know what to do. She doesn't get droopy eyes and and take a deep sigh & grab her head, she lies to your face & she's believable.

**Russell & Parvati. Parvati, this girl is the devil. She's who Sandra wants to be. She's who Amanda wants to be. She's not just a great strategist. She follows thru with her strategy that combined with her being her, is a deadly combination. She doesn't just wrap weak minds around her finger, she wraps everyone around her finger. She's been the target since day one. & she's still around. She sticks around week after week because she is that awesome. As much as Sandra hates her & Russell she never strays from them. Russell is an asshole. Everyone knows it, Sandra hates him. She's said it from the beginning. Russell even says at tribal council "she's just there" She stands up to him & says "don't threaten me, i'm not intimidated by you" Russell is saying "you're a weak mind, you suck, & despite what you think or what you want to do, if its not what myself & Parvati think or what me & Parvati want to do, you're not going to do it" and she can get bitchy & pissy all she wants & call him an "ass" and a "liar" and bag on him til the sun comes up, but its the truth. She's scared to death of Parvati & Russell. She won't turn on them. If she didn't flip tonight, she's not going to. Russell playing his idol, i loved it. It wasn't a very smart move, but i loved that everyone thought Danielle had it & he did. I loved that he didn't share it with Parvati & Danielle. & i loved that he mistakenly played it because it left room for her to heckle him over it. She was so nervous, it was written all over her face. Her stomach dropped & her heart stopped, but as soon as the votes were revealed, she put that smile back on her face & shook her head, rolled her eyes & said "you wasted one".. she knows all she has to do is flip her hair & he's back in her good graces so she's able to say stuff like that to him. This girl is a strategist. this girl is fearless. this girl deserves to win Survivor Heroes vs Villains... with it shaping up to be a final 3 i'm not so sure she will, but she definitely deserves to.

**Now Amanda.... or as i like to call her "droopy"
Photobucket
admit it, they look just alike. you can't deny it... I loved the comparison to Boston Rob. I think thats a pretty fair comparison. She's a strategist, but she doesn't have what it takes to pull it off. Both got lucky in the past & both get far more credit than both of them combined deserve. I would say thats a pretty fair comparison.
anyway, during her little speech after she was voted out she said "i shouldn't have gave Danielle that idol. i made a mistake" no Amanda, that wasn't your downfall. I've put together the mistakes that led to Amanda's.. and the heroes as a result of her.. downfall.
1.)voting out Sugar instead of Stephanie... like she wanted to, but she was convinced otherwise.
2.)sticking up for James after he's an asshole.. this is an individual game, you AND james can't win. defend your alliance, stick up for your alliance, but you were a target at the first tribal council, you're already on the chopping block, try to save them, yes, but don't jump in front of the bullet.
3.)Aligning with Cirie, jumping to Tom, then back to Cirie... stick with your OWN plan, don't change because someone tells you too.
4.)voting out Tom instead of James. James is your friend, but he's weak. you have the numbers regardless, vote out the weak.
5.)VOTING OUT JAMES! if you're gonna stick your neck on the line and vote out a weak person just to vote out your friend the following day.. its pointless! you don't vote out the strongest guy only to turn around and vote him out the next day! you wouldn't have lost to begin with if it wasn't for him! If he's your friend, if you're gonna vote out the strong to keep him, you better stick with it & keep him til the end!
6.)sitting back & letting JT give his idol away. you said it was a shitty idea, why let him go through with it? you bought it hook line & sinker when he said "this is a tribal immunity idol" well you're a part of that tribe, don't let him give it away!
7.)Parvati.. you had the upper hand. your alliance had the upper hand. no one suddenly gets a headache or drops their mouth open & lets their eyes sag like that. even when someone does get a headache they don't grab their head and say "oh i don't know" you're too animated! ... kinda like Droopy.. you blew it! you had the opportunity to have the upper hand & sail to the end again.. your alliance is Rupert for crying out loud, you could have actually beat someone in the final! you could have finally won one! you blew it.
8.)not only did you cave in to Danielle & give it back to her. you ran over there and is like "hrmm whats this" dear Captain Obvious, BE SNEAKY ABOUT IT!

so glad she's gone. she deserves to be voted out. soooo glad this day has finally come!! Now if we can get Rupert out next week all will be swell...

Speaking of next week... Sandra can't be trusted by the villains, she lied to the heroes... Candice can't be trusted by the heroes and she lied to the villains... the previews show Russell's ego getting in the way threatening every one of his villains... Russell, Russell Russell, you made the decision to align with Parvati, your reasoning was because you've seen her play. you know she's dangerous, now you're pissed that she's everything you thought she'd be? check yourself, you might be leaving this game a lot sooner than you'd think. Telling Jerri she will be next to go if she changes her vote? I personally think Jerri will win this season.. but who do you think will be the next to go?

Sandra, Candice, Russell???

my prediction is one of those three... whats yours?

"but Russell is a villain" Heroes vs Villains ep 10.

i loved the line from Jeff Probst in the recap "...but Russell is a villain".. yes he is, & he's a damn good one.

i think the question is whose in control? am i right? & its kinda difficult to tell. Russell is definitely running the show. what he says goes. There's a few who want to disagree with him and act all bad ass & try to get him out but lets face it, they can't. they can't outwit him. Russell is in charge. hate him or love him you can't deny that Russell is great. He sucks in challenges, he doesn't have the numbers, but he has strategy. Russell is in charge, he controls their way of thinking. The only person aside from him who has a mind of her own is Parvati & she's letting Russell think he's in control, so with that is the debate, whose running the show? Russell or Parvati? Sandra likes to think she's this wonderful person with these brilliant plans, but lets face it, Sandra's brilliant plans aren't all that brilliant. Sandra is worthless. She's like that shit stain in your toilet bowl. Its annoying as hell and its only there because you don't want to bother with it. It just lingers & hangs on tight to survive each flush... or in her case each tribal council, but how many flushes can she survive? We've seen amazing game play, amazing, never before done, never before thought of moves from Russell & Parvati this season, there's not a doubt in my mind those two will be in the final. I say that every week in my blogs because 1.) at the start of the show they were my favorites, i've seen their past game play & no one else's compares. & 2.) there's been a few times (w/ Randy, Tyson, Boston Rob, even tonight) i was on the edge of my seat thinking "OH NO! DON"T LET ME DOWN!!" & i'm not gonna lie i've been worried a time or two, but they always pull thru, why? because they are strategic geniuses!! but with Sandra the shit stain sitting on the fence & in a good position its very likely she'll make it to the end (or atleast until the final 5/4... thats when the game gets REALLY interesting! the wrong person winning an immunity screws everything up!) with the jury already started its panning out to be a final 3, if Sandra makes it to the end, will the jury award her, a shit stain & a hanger on & a complete waste of space who has done absolutely nothing & set out nearly every tribal immunity challenge, the money for no other reason than their hatred (and arguably jealousy..) of Russell & Parvati?? Only time will tell....

the merge! i love the merge, the merge never disappoints because just when you think you have things figured out (see the 1st half of my blog!) the merge throws a wrench in that scenario. There's always that one person who flops to save themselves.. Susie, Erinn, Shambo.. just to name a few in the past couple of seasons.. and it gets them a lot farther than what they would have gotten if they hadn't jumped shipped, but it never gets them to the end, it just helps the minority take control. We've already seen Sandra jump ship, but i dont think she's that swing vote for this time like in seasons past. it was a given she'd jump ship, she's a floater, a coat tail rider, thats what they do, i'd be shocked if she didn't. Now Amanda!.. amanda, amanda, amanda, i must say, i'm proud of you girl! smart girl! ol' Poopert & JT aren't exactly good people to go to for advice & now that she has other options it looks as if she's taking advantage of them! Kudos to you, but is it too late to make any power moves? i mean up until this point the girl has been... well basically the same as Sandra, only not only does she lack strategy, she even lacks personality, which makes her worse than a shit stain on your toilet.. she's more like a stain in your underwear. She's there to do nothing except ruin your day & force you to throw away your tighty whities... scratch that, everyone that wears tighty whities should just throw them away regardless. stain or not. she makes you throw away your boxer briefs, your favorite pair & its not so bad cause with a personality like hers she needs to be thrown out, she's kinda boring.... but in tonights episode, she appears to be latching on to the right set of coat tails. she's traded in Rupert & JT for someone smart... then she blows it! is it too late to regret it & try & fix it? we'll have to wait & see

Rupert as we know i hate him. & the dumbfounded look on his face when Jerri said "we're all villains" & his reaction... it just makes me dislike him even more. He's so stupid. stupid is an understatement. I'm done looking at him each week. "If Sandra is true, Russell is playing us. This is where the game gets crazy" NO YOU DUMBASS! the game gets crazy from day one! you don't let you guard down, you don't trust everyone, there's a million dollars on the line! jerri is right EVERYONE IS A VILLAIN! EVERYONE WANTS A MILLION DOLLARS!! i don't want to see him get voted out, i want to see him be held down & Jerri pluck every hair out of his body with a pair of tweezers! thats what i want to see! thats how much he annoys me! i really really can't fathom this guy! They don't get much dumber than ol' Rupert. Granted Rupert was the one who wanted Russell gone, but Rupert is the one who put them in this predicament. He's the one who said at the challenge "Ohhh looks like an all girls alliance!" even if you do think something! you don't voice it! you don't let the enemy know what you're thinking! because then they're gonna say, "Golly Day," (okay okay, maybe only JT will say 'GOLLY DAY') "they think they have it figured out! we should capitalize on this!" then thats what they do! then they end up getting an idol that they shouldn't have. So Rupert, its all your fault anyway! it deserves to blow up in your face!

Candice i'm kinda disappointed in Candice for quitting the challenge. I like Candice. She's proven she's a thinker, she's proven she's physically fit, she's proven she has what it takes. She's been outnumbered, now thats an individual game she has so much more to work with, she has so many more opportunities to advance & she drops out of the challenge... tsk tsk Candice, i'm disappointed.

JT now i want to like ol' JT, i do, but i just can't. he's too stupid. as a fan, i pick my favorites the same way i pick my friends in life,i root for the strong, i don't waste my time with the weak. "he's solid man, he's a good ol' country boy!" JT, i'm from the south too. so technically you can call me a country boy too... there's a difference in a country boy and a redneck. Country boys are nice... but Rednecks are stupid.. there's a difference in nice & stupid.. JT, you're a stupid redneck.

Colby, Colby is an underdog to me. He's one of those "ehhh so-so" players to me. He was on the outs & got lucky and managed to stick around, but he hasn't really done anything. he didn't do anything to stick around, he literally, like Sandra, just got lucky. thats it. But being in the shadows & the background is a good position to be in at the merge. (and in the game if you're aiming for a 4th place finish) .. need i say more, Brett?

Amanda i give Amanda credit for her little talk with Parvati. probably the smartest thing she's done all season. But again... its like the lights are on but no one's home. She said in her confessional Parvati is a threat, she wants her idol gone, but she wants Parvati to stay.. so, lemme get this straight? you're voting for someone that you secretly want to stay? how about you get a backbone and stand up for yourself! & her indecisiveness talking to Parvati just before tribal council... you convinced Parvati to admit she has an idol. Parvati put her trust in you, & you're blowing it! She FINALLY comes up with her own, she finally steps out and does something without the assistance of JT & Rupert, & she again blows it. She said in her confessional "Parvati is a threat, Idols are a threat, weed them out!" then she says again in the same sentence "i hope Parvati is safe" ... but Amanda's downfall... she lied & she got caught. This is where a backbone would have came in handy.

Parvati i love her. i do. i'm not even in the game and i'm mesmerized by her. I love that she doesn't care. She's not a follower, she's not a coat tail rider, she stands up for herself and she does whatever she wants because she knows she has the strategy to back it up if anyone wants to disagree with her & her fearlessness is what makes me love her.

Russell now i give Russell credit for a lot of things that have happened in this season, but this all girls alliance, its difficult, because granted he didn't think of it, he didn't even come up with it, but when he found out that the heroes mistakenly thought this, he jumped at the chance to take advantage of it and that makes him the greatest player. thats what makes him so great. he looks for these opportunities & he capitalizes on them. This is what separates him from all the others. He takes advantage of anything & everything. his eyes are peeled & he not only looks out for himself, but his alliance as well. His alliance doesn't even need a strategy, he has enough of one for all of them... unfortunately for him tho, his alliance, Parvati, DOES have a strategy of her own.. & i know he said at the end of tribal she had some explaining to do.. that translates to "you have some lashes you need to bat".. and thats what she'll do, and she'll get out of his cross hairs.

Sandra her attitude & her one liners kinda left me hanging tonight. she kinda fell flat for me. i dont like her trying to take charge. she's far more entertaining in the backseat.. as most women are, but i'm referring to a whole different thing... she doesn't have what it takes to pull it off. She says it herself, she aligns with the majority. she needs to just let the majority take control. She's useless without them & like she said tonight if she keeps opening her "big mouth" it will make her a target. right now she's in a good spot for the final 3, she shouldn't jeopardize that.

Danielle I loved Danielle in this episode. She was not only strategizing on the beach with her alliance, but she was watching for Sandra as well. She kept Sandra from confirming what she already thought. She stepped up to Parvati & refused to hand her immunity because she already has an idol. Danielle didn't seem to mind if Parvati lost her idol tonight and put herself in danger in the coming weeks, she wanted immunity tonight & she got it. However, not catering to Parvati may have won her an immunity necklace, but lets face it she wasn't in any kind of danger anyway, I love that she stood her ground but was it a good move for her in the future?

Jerri i like Jerri, but her problem is her inability to hide her feelings. She's someone i'd love to play poker with (if i played poker) because when she gets excited her face lights up like Christmas morning! when she's upset or bothered she looks like she just witnessed someone stomping a kitten.

So Amanda convinced Parvati to confide in her, again couldn't stay true to what she really felt, blew this great cover! The heroes could have had the upper hand, Amanda blew it for them! Amanda is the reason.. now personally I think the villains could have overcame the minority & finished this season strong anyway, however Amanda probably wouldn't have been on the chopping block so soon. Her inability to think for herself & stick with her true feelings has finally caught up with her. Now the previews for next week show Parvati & Russell's alliance crumbling.. Parvati has a nice body & a little gold bikini, Russell won't betray her. I think they're both safe, not to mention the previews have a history of being misleading. & Sandra "taking control" haha, yeah not gonna happen. The woman is so successful at this game because she relies on everyone else. Why would she step up now and start calling the shots? its not gonna happen. my predictions for next week is adios Amanda. don't double cross Parvati. she is the greatest female strategist to ever play this game and as i said, her little gold bikini controls the mind of the greatest male strategist to ever play this game.. double cross one, you double cross both & with Jerri & Danielle bowing at her feet.. Amanda is in big trouble.

Whats your predictions?

"xoxo, JT" - Survivor Heroes vs Villains Episode 9

Now before I get started on tonights blog i need to clear something up. last week i took some heat over Sandra "admitting" she's a coat tail rider. No, she has never came out and said "i ride coat tails" but she has said "i don't care who i'm aligned with as long as its the majority" She doesn't rely on a strategy or an immunity, she relies on everyone else's strategies & their immunities.. that to me is a coat tail rider.

Also, don't give me this crap about Russell Hantz having an unfair advantage. These are the best of the best, they aren't stupid. He is here out of over 400 survivors to play this game. he's one of the top 5 male villains of all time. They've seen everyone else play, and clearly something about him stood out to make him be brought back, that should be the red flag right there. He's been targeted since the beginning & been in the minority anyway & still stuck around, so would it really matter if they had seen his season? no. All the crying about Boston Rob, for Christ's sake people! he was a pre-merge boot in Marquesas! All the great players, Hatch, Tina, Ethan were booted early in All Stars, Rob wasn't a threat so he stuck around. He made it to the end against Alicia & Shii Ann & Amber & Big Tom... BIG DEAL! if you can't beat those guys you don't deserve to wake up in the morning! Boston Rob SUCKS! if he was a great strategist he would have looked for that idol. if he was a great strategist he would have voted Jerri's ass out instead of saying "its okay Jerri, do what you gotta do." & Hatch, Hatch played his season GREAT. but Richard Hatch won the very first season of Survivor. The very first before anyone ever, EVER got to see anyone play. Could he do it again 10 years later when all the competition knows what to expect? maybe, but not against the likes of Parvati & Russell. Parvati & Russell would eat him alive & then use his bones as their toothpicks. Love them or hate them you have to give them credit. They're not two of the most amazing, they ARE the two MOST amazing players to ever play this game. Hate them all you want, but you have to respect their strategy. There's no denying it.

Over the years there have been many, many dumb moments in Survivor history. I'm glad they showed the clip of Ian in Palau because I've always thought that was stupid. You're a shoe in for the finals, a possible win & you quit? you give up a shot at a million dollars for someone you've known a little over a month? THAT is the dumbest move in Survivor history. Screw giving away a necklace or being voted with an idol or even two idols in your pocket. You don't quit the game. EVER! Only one person has a justifiable reason for quitting this game & thats Jenna Morasca in All Stars. Osten, Janu, Sue, Fairplay, Kathy.. all quitters. All un-respectable players in this game, but atleast they quit for themselves. They weren't final 3, or even close to being there. You don't quit when you're at the finish line to give it to someone else. Ridiculous. Ian to me is the dumbest survivor to ever play this game. As far as JT's move goes.. yeah it was dumb. Now we've seen idol's exchange hands in the past, even Russell did it earlier this season. Jenna gave her necklace to Heidi, Sugar gave her idol to Matty, it worked for them, why? because they had a pre-existing relationship. they were in an alliance. Unless you trust them completely & you're positive you can benefit from the person staying in the game NEVER give away your idol. His reasoning is pure speculation. He doesn't know Russell, he doesn't know anything about him he's never played this season with him or even met him prior to this season.. Why would you put your neck on the line to save this guy? VERY dumb move, but i have to give it to him for taking a risk it paid off tonight, but if you think Russell will continue to stay loyal to JT you clearly haven't watched Russell play Survivor before.

Rupert
the strongest out of everyone? seriously? the strongest out of all 11 playing? This guy is an idiot! Not even Amanda would believe that!! I seriously loathe that guy. (Amanda too) Its kinda bittersweet, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE for them to get the boot, but if they did, would it be a smart move? would it be smart to get rid of someone so incredibly stupid? for the sake of my sanity i want them gone, but i could understand if others would prefer to keep them. i wish there would be another double elimination episode in hopes that both of them get voted out.

Jerri said it best the guys in this game have a big ego. Russell isn't a sexist, he has an ego. All guys have a desire to be the alpha male, he doesn't have to worry about that with his "all girls alliance" he put together. Even tho it was a small step, i'm glad she stepped up to Russell & said that the women should compete. She's everyting Amanda's not. She's everything Amanda should be. If you're gonna switch, stick with the switch, don't go running back the very next week. find a game plan & stick with it. Amanda is teamed up against Courtney in the challenge? Clearly she's been ranked as the weakest. We all know Amanda isn't the weakest. Rupert is the weakest, but its her inability to speak up, its her inability to voice her opinion & stand up for herself that puts her at the bottom of the totem pole. & because of that you can call her the weakest. It has nothing to do with her physical strength, she's weak & undeserving to be in this competition because she lacks a backbone... more on her later tho.

Jeff: "Parvati, are you the boss?" Parvati: "Of course"

Parvati now Amanda, JT, this is how its done! This is why you all suck & she's awesome. To all the people who ask me why i praise her & Russell so much, THIS IS WHY! this is Survivor! Only one person can win! your whole tribe can't win! you don't share shit with the whole tribe!! If you must share something with someone, share with the dumb one. share with the weak one, the easy to manipulate one, share with the ugly little sister who so desperately wants to be you, who so desperately wants to have your success, your fame, your looks.. .. share with the Danielle. & thats exactly what Parvati has done. & thats exactly why Parvati is a past winner & thats exactly why i think Parvati will win this season as well.

Amanda if you were to put this girl on an island BY herself. if you were to put 16 people individually by themselves, this girl would do fine. no doubt in my mind. she would do great. But she's too easily influenced by everyone around her. She always has these master plans in her confessionals but she never follows thru on them because she won't speak up. She takes the back seat to everyone. Luckily for her in the past, she's been aligned with the likes of Parvati, Cirie & (in my opinion the greatest strategist to ever play this game) Todd, so listening to everyone else wasn't such a bad idea, but this season she has JT & Rupert! Candice comes up to her, its just the two of them, they're discussing JT & his idol, Amanda just makes a weird face. She says nothing. She let them give Russell the hidden immunity idol & i'm sorry but when you sit back and do nothing, you're just as stupid. THE GIRL DESERVES TO GO HOME! stick up for yourself!! i hate her. she's so annoying. she's so stupid. Its so frustrating because she has the numbers! If they lose, she's safe. There's nothing for her to worry about & people like Colby & Candice are on the outs, so they have no other choice but to go along with everyone else. & i mean lets face it, JT is a retard! he's from Alabama for Pete's sake! that alone should be a red flag that you don't let the guy make any game changing decisions! & don't get me started on Rupert. Amanda isn't worth a dime to anyone. She should have been voted out instead of Sugar on day one.

Sandra i loved her this entire episode! from the first minute to the very last she was cracking jokes & making little snide comments. i love her. i really do... personally i love her. she's hilarious. she makes the show funny. i dont think she deserves to win & i don't respect her game play, however i do love her personality. Now at the start of the season if you had asked me if Sandra had a shot in hell at making it to the merge i would have said "sure" 2 weeks ago, i would have flopped and said "not a chance in hell" now that the numbers are all tied up & with a merge next week, she's on the outs of her tribe.. scheming with Rupert. JT's idol is gone, Parvati's got an idol in her possession, she's clearly not the target anymore, i'm gonna flop & put her back in my final 6.. hey, this is my blog, i'm allowed to be wishy washy.

What the hell was Coach wearing at tribal council? & what was that little stance he was sitting in when Courtney's torch was put out? That guy is as delusional as Rupert.

With Parvati AND Russell having idols, a merge, Sandra possibly flipping, JT realizing he's been duped, more options for Candice & Colby... its gonna be an interesting rest of the season... what are your predictions? -NO SPOILERS!

"fist bump - thats right, girl." - Heroes vs Villains ep.8

yes, that was taken from Russell's facebook page, but i have to say, if i was as great as he was i would be a fan of myself too. (apparently he maxed out the number of friends required by Facebook & was forced to create a fan page).. go ahead, become a fan, admit it already, you love him. (you can add me also [because admit it you, you love me too!] at: facebook.com/itainteasybeinggangster)

Probst asks the question did Russell's ego get them in a hole they can't get out of?? Listen Probst to quote him "I'm Russell Hantz! if you're not with me! you're against me!" Gabon, Tocantins, Samoa... when was the last time a winner had the numbers going into the merge. It has nothing to do with tribal numbers or tribal alliances. Yeah its great if you can win, it reduces the risk of you going home when you have to go to tribal, but if you're a great strategist, whats the big deal? & i think Russell has proven he's a great strategist. There is not a doubt in my mind Russell will be in the finale of Heroes vs Villains.

I commend the villains for bringing their camp. You can never assume anything in this game though, but I'm sure they'd rather pack it with them and take it back than not pack it to the challenge & leave without it.

Sandra. i've said many times i like her. she's feisty, but there's a difference in like & respect. I have a hard time respecting Sandra's game play. she's a coat tail rider. she openly admits she's a coat tail rider. She rode coattails in Pearl Islands & she's riding coat tails here in Samoa. its nothing new, many of them make the Final 2/3, we've even seen a few of them win.. But i think the difference in someone like Natalie White from Samoa & someone like Becky Lee from Cook Islands is, like Sandra, Natalie embraced her inner coat tail rider & didn't try to hide it. She said several times she would do what Russell told her to do.. and the difference in someone like Natalie & someone like Sandra, who both have won & both openly admit they ride coattails to get there is Natalie got lucky. she was quite content with going home 5th place. She said so herself, 5th was farther than she expected to go, so she was fine with it, she was going down with the band before she dared to stray away from her original alliance.. Although Sandra admits she has no strategy whatsoever other than to rely on that of others, she won't back down. If she's on the chopping block she'll atleast fight for herself, as long as its not her she doesn't care who she votes out! & she does not leave her fate in the hands of others, if she sees her alliance is in the minority she'll jump ship & latch on to someone else for a free ride to the finals, .. and thats what we seen her do tonight. & i have to say, i respect her a little more for it... more on her later tho..

Now i'm sure you're wondering how i can say i've never respected Sandra's game play yet i'm constantly praising a man, like Russell, who lies about natural disasters that resulted in the death of millions to further his game play, as i've said, this isn't church. this is Survivor, don't be acting like you all are praise the lord jesus savior amen, The Survivor finale has aired on Sunday nights for years now, if you cared that much you'd be in church, not at home on the couch with a bowl of popcorn, save it. There's a million dollars on the line, i'd do it too, and if you wouldn't... well thats you, but there's no way in hell i would go on national television, weeks without bathing & brushing my teeth just to be a pre-jury boot. I'm Michael, a former NYC fireman who lost my best friend in 9/11. My sister drowned in Katrina, I lost my brother in Tsunami in Thailand, my child was killed in a Haitian earthquake.. oh and i'm a pathological liar, except you didn't know me prior to this so you don't know about that lying part... ITS A MILLION DOLLARS PEOPLE!!

Rupert, the fab 5? really? Dear Rupert, now i'm sure Indianapolis is current with everything that goes on in the world (so why you've never discovered fluoride & shampoo is beyond me, but hey, luckily for you, this is Survivor so you fit in here) & you're the kinda guy who likes to "rescue" children and provide them a better environment to be in, a man like that surely has to be educated, right? You can't classify your tribe of misfit losers as "The Fab 5" what happens when you lose again? you're suddenly the fantastic 4? it doesn't work that way Rupert. You don't suck as bad as you all have, in challenges & strategy, then decide you want to up and call yourself the Fab 5!? I'm praying he's booted in the next couple of weeks. I can't stand him. I'd rather look at Amanda's little pouty crybaby face all the time. She might as well get "i'm a retard" tattooed on her forehead, maybe Jesse James will want to f-ck her then. I'm really not a fan of those two. I hope they're the next too boots. They annoy me to no end!

JT is an idiot! Yeah he probably saved himself and took some of the heat off of him by sharing it with everyone, but he should have stopped at Amanda. she's proven time and time again she can be easily persuaded and manipulated into anything and everything. He's an idiot. A complete idiot! He was great in Tocantins.. but as i've said before there's always the brawn & the brain, Stephen was definitely his brain. Whispering to Russ "hang in there" oh my God!! i LOVE it!! scratch that, LOVE is an understatement. there's not enough words in the english language at how that made me feel!!

Candice i wish she would have slapped Amanda. When they were sitting in the tent and she's telling her about JT. Amanda's like "yeah" totally oblivious to what the conversation was about. The look on her face when JT showed her found the idol, totally oblivious to the fact he wouldn't have told her if she hadn't coincidentally walked up on it. At the reward win when talking about the "all girls alliance" on the villains, did you catch Candice say "we'll find out who they're voting for" yeah, she's mistaken with the all girls alliance, however, IF there is one she's willing to use that to her advantage.. i'm telling ya'll Candice is a dark horse in this competition.

Jerri, Jerri, Jerri... you don't make a game changing move as big as one that you made only to regret it immediately after. I've watched you in 3 seasons. Personally other than eye candy & trying to flirt with Colby in questioning him about chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin (of course the guys gonna say Chocolate Chip!) I don't think you're very memorable from your game play more so than your bikini & cowboy hat (but hey the bikini & cowboy hat was enough to make me a fan!).. you did get the boot early in All Stars & were kinda screwed over, i'll give you that, but you've never done ANYTHING that makes me say "wow! this girl can win the game".. up until last week.. and now you're regretting it!?! pitiful. & what the hell was she wearing at Tribal Council?

well if the intent was to keep the tribe strong then voting out Coach was a GREAT move, because lets face it, he kinda sucks. 99% of the viewing audience hates Coach, & that 1% (Bren, thats you girl!) doesn't like him because he's great at challenges or even because he has a great strategy, because lets face it, he doesn't. Coach is liked by the few people who like him because he's eccentric. he's out there. he's the kinda guy that you say "seriously?" I recall Erinn from Tocantins saying once "WHO IS THIS GUY!" and i ask myself that every week when he appears on my tv screen. Courtney at tribal saying "you're a fricken lunatic" HE IS! he's a delusional lunatic. he lives in his own little world & its kinda weird. He's a 40 year old man, his behavior is REALLY REALLY odd!! But that kinda odd behavior is what makes him fun to watch, but i'm not gonna lie, he wasn't that fun and i'm glad he's gone. "Russell is a bully!" What Coach means to say is "Russell is Pat Benetar, and he just hit me with his best shot" (oh god, that was one of the greatest lines ever muttered during 20 seasons of Survivor.. Coach, Coach Coach.. see what i mean? who says that? WHO IS THIS GUY!) I go back to what i said at the start of the blog, this is Survivor! there is a million dollars on the line!

Danielle, now i can't knock her because she hasn't ever seen Russell play this game. She doesn't know what happens when you doubt him, but I mean she's been there since the beginning. Russell wanted Randy to go, Russell wanted Tyson to go, Russell wanted Rob to go... Danielle, you're a follower. You're IN an alliance with two of the greatest strategist to ever play this game, don't doubt them. She's like the silly little trix rabbit. Shut your mouth & go along with it! you're only here because no doubt 43 people before you declined! I'm sure she wants to prove to someone that she's worthy of being there, but she's not. We all know it, she just needs to accept it & stop talking. Stop trying to think for herself because its gonna get her nowhere.

Notice how in the reward challenge Sandra says "i'll do whatever you guys want me to do" She didn't feel like she was in any danger so she's agreeing to do whatever her tribe tells her! She realized she was on the chopping block when she got back to camp & what did she do? unlike Natalie, she didn't just sit back & say "i'm okay with going home" no, she jumped ship & found her way to weasel her way into the majority alliance. I have to give her credit tho, I knew she'd try but I didn't think it would be that easy for her. However, I don't think Sandra deserves ALL the praise for that move. Coach was in fact doubting it, & with JT's reaction, & Parvati's past, It wouldn't have took much for Russell to decide to vote out Coach on his own. yeah she pulled it off, but it wasn't any kind of huge feat like she would like to think it was.

Now the question is will Jerri stick with the alliance she was doubting? or team up with Courtney & Sandra (who are DEFINITELY after tonight, in the minority) ... see you next week! ... and boy oh boy based on the previews its gonna be a good one!!

Survivors Villains - My Heroes.

1st - the episode starts with Rob, as always cocky, trash talking Russell & Parvati. he said he couldn't understand why three people were so cocky going up against 5.. well i can't speak for Danielle, but Parvati & Russell, as i've always said, are THAT good... and this episode proved it!

Courtney saying in reference to Parvati "she'll flirt with anything that walks"... well it works, maybe you should try it Courtney.

Coach- CLEARLY has never "coached" basketball. His performance in the reward challenge was EMBARRASSING! He stated Jerri bought Russell's lies "hook line and sinker" (which she did) but when you buy that "pure line of gold" Jerri is giving to you, AFTER Russell gave it to her, you have to give credit where credit is due, It wasn't Jerri who pulled you in, it was Russell pulling Jerri in convincing her to pull you in! & telling Jerri he "hurt" her.. Dear Coach, this is Survivor, there's a million dollars on the line. Jerri doesn't have the nickname "the black widow" for nothing. nobody cares about your feelings when there's a million dollars on the line! Jerri said it best "he doesn't get the grand scheme of things, you can't be the good guy to everyone" I wouldn't mind if Coach won tho, he needs the money to go toward a nose job.

Russell - physically Russell isn't that great in the majority of the challenges, however strategically the man is a Survivor God! when he was trying to get to the ball in the reward challenge he's so short the water was up to his neck and he couldn't even move! & no one even wants to get rid of him because he's not that great at the challenges, they want to get rid of him because

Parvati - "well listen crazy pants!" i'm not even on the island with them and i'm mesmerized by this girl. No doubt in my mind she'll be in the final, maybe she can teach Courtney a few tips. It kills me to say that because in China Courtney was my favorite, and what i've seen of her, she still has her quick whit, she's just unfortunately edited out of this season.

Candice! -at the start of the season i said i didn't understand why she was even there and she's a waste of space. i will say i don't know what she did from Cook Islands that made her stand out enough to be offered a spot, however i am eating my words. She's one of the greatest cast members this season & i think she'll outlast all other heroes. now whether she single handedly won the immunity challenge or Courtney single handedly lost it, thats all a matter of opinion i guess, but physically she's greater than any of the women this cast & i still say she's one to watch. she's the dark horse of this season.

Sandra - Now Sandra is a wild card to me and i'll get more to her later on, but did anyone else catch when she said to Parvati "we might be eating chicken from the camp" - Sandra has made no secret her alliance is with whoever has the majority, it may be editing but she's yet to be seen making an effort to talk to anyone, odd that she talks to Parvati? maybe she's realizing its Survivor, and coat tail riding with the majority doesn't always put you in a good spot.. who knows. I loved the clip of her running & falling on the beach after the immunity challenge.

Rupert - pushing Russell after the reward challenge? a baby? i think so! & i'm sick of hearing him talk about his broken toe! It doesn't even effect his performance, its not until he sucks at something does he even mention it. He's so boring. I can't stand him.

Rob - I loved the conversation between him & Russell on the beach when Russell told him "you'd be amazed how great that approach works sometimes" I loved how Rob tells in his one on one the great ways to get people to do what he wants them to do... now i know this season was filmed prior to the him getting to watch Samoa, but i bet after he watched Russell in action, then heard himself utter those words, he felt like the biggest jack ass ever. Boston Rob, other than a tooth, has nothing on Russell. THEN turns around and has to be the one begging for his life in the game, I LOVED IT! Rob has spent this whole season talking about how he didn't have hidden immunity idols in his past seasons... i bet he's wishing he looked for them now.

Amanda - again i worry about her! the lights are on but no ones home! the smart thing to do is to get that clue, read it, and find that idol... but your stupid ass don't read it in front of the whole group!! Again, the girl has made it to the end twice, you couldn't prove it by me. Collectively she's earned 200,000$ from the show.. she needs to call up Todd, Parvati & Cirie and thank them every day!

Tribal Council:

i loved how Probst asked at tribal council "where's the gap" i was waiting for someone to say "in Russell's mouth"

Coach voting for Courtney proves why he'll never win this game. He doesn't have what it takes. This is Survivor, not Yahtzee. leave your morals at the front door Coach! I honestly don't know why Coach isn't a hero. i mean really. he's not a fan favorite, but he's not a villain. a douche, but not a villain.
I'm anxious to see how Sandra adapts now that she's so clearly in the minority. As i've pointed out in the past she's loud, obnoxious and unapologetic, so watching her struggle to adapt and fit in with this new majority that she was once so confident she wouldn't ever have to rely on or align with is going to be interesting! Coach said in the previews for next week he was praying for a merge... i think Sandra is the one more so praying for a merge... or atleast she should be.
Boston Rob giving his speech at Tribal, it was hilarious. i loved it. i loved every minute of it! I despise him & i'm so glad he's gone. The tears welling up in his eyes when he was talking to Jerri... him calling Coach a cry baby earlier in the season just kept playing over and over in my mind. Then he had the audacity to call Coach a "little man"
Dear Boston Rob, its Outwit Outplay Outlast. How you gonna get mad at someone for outwitting & outlasting you, after you make fun of him all season and then clearly say yourself that you're telling him what he wants to hear to get what you need from him. I loved it, i just wish Coach would have mannned up a little bit and relished in the victory a little more.
